Certified Professional Manager (CPM)

The Certified Professional Manager (CPM) is a globally recognised certification awarded by International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM) Global, validating your leadership capability, managerial expertise, and professional credibility across more than 55 countries. Holding the CPM designation enhances your professional standing, increases career advancement opportunities, and strengthens your earning potential, as organisations value certified and competent managers.

The programme offers flexible entry pathways—experienced managers with at least three years of managerial experience may be exempted from online exams, while aspiring managers can qualify through assessments. Beyond certification, CPM also serves as a progression route to a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma or MBA with recognised institutions. Additionally, the programme is 100% HRD Corp claimable for eligible employers, making it a valuable and accessible investment in professional growth.

Pathway

CPM graduates can enjoy multiple progression pathways:

✅ Complete one project paper towards the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management (Institute of Business Administration, Hong Kong).

✅ Complete one project paper towards an MBA from Douglas Business School.*

5 weeks, with online classes conducted every Saturday, from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Successful graduates are awarded the Certified Professional Manager (CPM) designation and may use the CPM post-nominal letters after their name, showcasing their professional achievement and enhancing their credibility with employers and clients.

To gain the CPM designation,

 

• Complete the CPM Certification Program.
• Pass the CPM Online Examination (50 Multiple-Choice Questions)
• Satisfy the minimum 2-year work experience requirement.
• Agree to follow the IFPM Global Professional Code of Ethics.

 

*Candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in management can apply for an exemption for the online examination.
