Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
The Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) by IFPM Global is an industry-recognised certification designed to elevate administrative professionals in today’s modern workplace. It goes beyond basic clerical skills by equipping participants with structured, measurable, and globally relevant competencies in coordination, communication, digital efficiency, and stakeholder support. CAP graduates can enjoy multiple progression pathways:
✅ Exemptions for 2 of the 6 modules in the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management (Institute of Business Administration, Hong Kong).
✅ The opportunity to progress to the Certified Professional Manager (CPM) and complete one project paper towards:
Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management (Institute of Business Administration, Hong Kong); or
MBA from Douglas Business School.*

Entry Requirements
Applicants should meet one of the following criteria:
SPM/O-Level or equivalent with relevant working experience; or
Certificate or Diploma holders; or
Degree holders seeking to enhance their administrative and office management skills; or
Individuals currently working in administrative, office support, executive assistant, secretarial, customer service, or related roles.

Duration
8 weeks, with online classes conducted every Saturday, from 10:30 am to 1 pm.
Professional Recognition
Successful graduates are awarded the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation and may use the CAP post-nominal letters after their name, showcasing their professional achievement and enhancing their credibility with employers and clients.
To gain the CAP designation,
- Complete the CAP Certification Program.
- Pass the CAP Online Examination (50 Multiple-Choice Questions)
- Satisfy the minimum 2-year work experience requirement.
- Agree to follow the IFPM Global Professional Code of Ethics.
