The Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP) programme is designed to certify your HR skills and experience. If you have at least 3 years of HR work experience, apply to be a CHRP and excel in the dynamic world of human resource management.

CHRP is a globally recognised designation for HR Professionals awarded by the Institute of Human Resource of the International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM Global). Members of CHRP are eligible to apply and be recognized for the following AHRI Institute: Canada, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

✅ Exemptions for 2 of the 6 modules in the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management (Institute of Business Administration, Hong Kong).
✅ The opportunity to progress to the Certified Professional Manager (CPM) and complete one project paper towards:
Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management (Institute of Business Administration, Hong Kong); or
MBA from Douglas Business School.*

Entry Requirements
Applicants should meet one of the following criteria:
SPM/STPM or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree Holders
HR practitioners and professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge and gain an internationally recognised HR certification.
Duration
5 weeks, with online classes conducted every Saturday, from 2.00pm to 6.00pm.
Professional Recognition
Successful graduates are awarded the Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP) designation and may use the CHRP post-nominal letters after their name, showcasing their professional achievement and enhancing their credibility with employers and clients.
To gain the CHRP designation,
- Complete the CHRP Certification Program.
- Pass the CHRP Online Examination (50 Multiple-Choice Questions)
- Satisfy the minimum 2-year work experience requirement.
- Agree to follow the IFPM Global Professional Code of Ethics.
