This initiative is carried out through PERKESO, in line with its role as the National Employment Service which is an improvement initiative of the Government in helping target groups from the point of view of job placement

Courses Offered

Certified Professional Human Resource (CHRP)

The Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) is a prestigious certification program designed to elevate the skills, knowledge, and professionalism of Human Resource (HR) practitioners operating within Malaysia's unique business environment.

Certified Professional Manager (CPM)

Be a Certified Professional Manager (CPM®) and stand out! Certify and validate your 3-year managerial experience to obtain the prestigious CPM professional designation. The award is from IFPM Global, present in more than 50 countries.

Association of Accounting Technician (AAT)

AAT is the world’s largest professional body for Accounting Technicians. AAT members are represented at every level of the finance and accounting world, including students, people already working in accountancy and self-employed business owners.

Intake: Within one (1) month of receiving your Letter of Approval from PERKESO

Duration: 5 Days (8 hours per day)

Mode of Delivery: Physical / Face-to-Face Training

Schedule: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm for 5 consecutive Saturdays

Award by: International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM) Global, headquartered in the UK

Certificates/ Membership Card Received:

1. Affiliate Member of CHRP certificate

2. Certified Human Resource Professional certificate

Course Description

CHRP is a professional certification programme, that validates your HR skills and experience. STAND OUT with a CHRP title behind your name. If you have worked in the HR department for at least 3 years, you will be exempted from taking the online assessment (50 MCQ). However, if you do not have any HR work experience, you can still join but you have to sit for the online assessment

Intake: Within one (1) month of receiving your Letter of Approval from PERKESO
Duration: 5 Days (8 hours per day)

If you have supervisory or managerial experience for at least 3 years, you will be exempted from taking the online assessment (50 MCQ). However, if you do not have any managerial work experience, you can still join but you have to sit for the online assessment.

Intake: Within one (1) month of receiving your Letter of Approval from PERKESO

Duration: 16 Days (8 hours per day)

Mode of Delivery: Hybrid (70% Physical & 30% Online)

Schedule: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (Mon-Thurs): Physical

2.30 pm to 6.30 pm (Friday) Online

Award by: Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) UK and Auto Count Sdn Bhd

1. AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping

2. AutoCount Computerised Accounting

Course Description:

You will learn how to record and maintain a full set of accounts. Topics include cashbooks, ledgers, journals, correction of errors, and fraud prevention processes. Besides manual bookkeeping, you will also learn computerised / cloud accounting.
