What is RPEL / PPT?

Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL), or in Malay Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PPT), is a special pathway offered by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. It allows skilled individuals to obtain the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) without attending formal training—based on your real work experience.
