System & Skills Training Concept (SSTC) offers two high-impact, industry-relevant AI workshops designed to equip professionals with practical, hands-on skills in:
Microsoft 365 Copilot & Power BI with Copilot Workshops
- Microsoft 365 Copilot for business productivity
- Power BI with Copilot for data analytics and reporting
These programmes empower participants to integrate AI tools into daily work processes — improving efficiency, decision-making, reporting quality, and overall productivity.
Both workshops are:

International Recognition
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement issued by International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM) Global, recognising competency in AI-enabled business and analytics tools.
This certification enhances professional credibility and demonstrates readiness to work in AI-driven environments.
Workshop Options
1) Introduction to Microsoft 365 Copilot
Mode: Physical (Face-to-Face)
Venue: SSTC Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor
Duration: 2 Days (9.30 am – 5.30 pm)
Fees: RM3000 (inclusive of training materials, meals and certificate of achievement from IFPM Global)
This workshop introduces participants to Microsoft 365 Copilot and its role in improving workplace productivity through AI-powered digital tools. Participants will gain hands-on experience using Copilot across core Microsoft applications to automate tasks, enhance communication, and support decision-making while applying AI responsibly and ethically.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Understand Microsoft 365 Copilot and its workplace applications
- Apply Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Edge
- Develop effective prompt engineering skills
- Improve efficiency in daily administrative and professional tasks
- Apply ethical AI principles and data compliance standards
2) Transforming Business Processes with Power BI & Copilot
Mode: Online (Live Instructor-Led)
Duration: 2 Days (9.30 am – 5.30 pm)
Fees: RM3800 (inclusive of training materials and certificate of achievement by IFPM Global)
This workshop focuses on transforming business reporting and decision-making using Power BI and Copilot. Participants will learn to build interactive dashboards, analyse business data visually, and leverage AI-generated insights to improve reporting efficiency and management decision-making.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Build and interpret dashboards using Power BI
- Analyse and visualise business data effectively
- Use Copilot to support insight generation and summarisation
- Apply analytics and AI to real business process improvements
Training Methodology
Both workshops adopt a 2-day instructor-led, hands-on approach, combining interactive lectures, live demonstrations, guided exercises, and practical mini projects. The structured learning path ensures participants gain confidence in applying AI tools in real workplace scenarios.
Funding
1️⃣ Yayasan Peneraju Financing Scheme (Basic Category)
Under the YP Basic Scheme:
- Bumiputera candidates make payment upfront
- Reimbursement is submitted to Yayasan Peneraju
- Approval is subject to YP eligibility criteria and claim requirements
2️⃣ Yayasan Peneraju Silver Scheme (Fully Funded)
Under the Silver Scheme:
- ✅ No upfront payment required
- ✅ Fees are fully funded
- Subject to eligibility and approval by Yayasan Peneraju
3️⃣ HRD Corp Claimable
Employers may fully claim the programme fee under HRD Corp, subject to company levy balance and HRD Corp approval.
4️⃣ Self-Paying Option
Self-sponsored candidates are welcome.

Self-paying participants may apply for a 50% rebate sponsored by SSTC, subject to terms and limited availability.
